About Me
After graduating from SHI Integrative Medical Massage School, I immediately began working with clients from all walks of life and have been growing my practice steadily. But it took me awhile to get here!

I graduated with a BFA in Dance and a MA in Art History from Ohio University (a long time ago). I have had the wonderful fortune of working with nonprofit dance studios in Ohio, making dances and performing with friends in Seattle and New York, and writing about the works of performance artists from England.
While happily performing, teaching, and studying, an unexpected event turned my world upside-down.

At age 24, I ended up receiving a total hip replacement after years of pain and a diagnosis of early-onset osteoarthritis. It changed everything. My body felt different. I finally understood that how you feel in your body can impact how you move through the world.
At that point, I knew I wanted to help others find comfort and strength in their bodies, no matter how unexpected their physical journeys have been. Lots of other things happened between age 24 and now (marriage; kids; office jobs), but here I am, finally.
I am so happy to be here, working with you, now.
